Join a Review Committee
These Committees provide ongoing feedback to the Working Group. Each sub-group will have its own Review Committee. These are open to all stakeholders who have the interest and ability to provide in-depth review of the draft standards. Once you sign up, you will be contacted to review drafts as they become available.
Join the Environmental Review Committee - P6, part of P7, part of P8, P9 and the HCVF toolkit, part of P10, and other relevant indicators as identified.
Join the Social Review Committee - P1, P2, P4, part of P5, part of P7, part of P8, part of P10, and other relevant indicators as identified.
Join the Tribal Review Committee - P3
Join the Family Forest Review Committee - All P&C as they related to family forests (under 2,500 acres in size).
Provide Comments
The first draft of the National Standard should be available from the Working Group around mid-November. Check out the latest draft and provide your comments.
Contribute!
Funding is needed for the Scholarship Fund set up for Working Group members who need financial assistance to attend meetings, and to pay experts to advise on technical challenges that appear in the current standards.
